These Terms of Service govern your use of SeedsCart (seedscart.in), a brand of Ebbora Agritech Pvt. Ltd., Dehradun, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Descriptions

We accurately describe seeds including variety, seed count, and germination rates. Germination rates are based on controlled testing and are not guaranteed under all growing conditions.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) including GST. International orders do not include import duties or customs fees. The price at time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Germination Guarantee

Our 98% germination guarantee covers replacement seeds only when seeds are sown under appropriate conditions. It does not cover labour, soil, equipment, or consequential losses.

Limitation of Liability

SeedsCart's liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We are not liable for crop failure, non-germination losses, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Export Compliance

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure importing seeds is legal in their country and all permits are in place. SeedsCart provides phytosanitary certificates but does not guarantee customs clearance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
