SeedsCart Refund & Returns Policy
At SeedsCart, we stand behind every packet we sell. Our seeds are batch-tested before dispatch and backed by our 98% Germination Guarantee. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
Germination Guarantee
If your seeds fail to germinate at the rate stated on the packet despite following the sowing instructions, we will replace the seeds free of charge. To claim: (1) Contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@seedscart.in, (2) Share your order number and a brief description of growing conditions. We dispatch replacements within 2-3 business days. No need to return the original seeds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged packet or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible as seeds are perishable goods.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (2-3 days).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of seeds as biological goods, we do not accept returns of opened packets unless the product is defective or incorrect. Unopened packets may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
International Orders
For international orders, we cover replacement costs for damaged or defective seeds. We do not cover costs arising from customs delays or import restrictions.
