Refund Policy

At SeedsCart, every order is checked and batch-tested before it leaves our facility. Because seeds are a perishable, biological product, we are unable to verify their condition once they have left our hands — so once an order has been delivered, it is final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

What this covers

This applies to all seed orders once delivery is confirmed, including cases where:

• You've changed your mind about a purchase
• Seeds were sown and did not germinate as expected
• You ordered the wrong variety or quantity by mistake

Germination outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — storage, sowing technique, soil, climate, and handling after delivery — so we're unable to offer refunds or replacements on this basis. See the Freshness and Germination Disclaimer on each product page for details.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

We do make this right if something goes wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging as received
• A short description of the issue

We'll review and arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases of our error. Claims reported after 48 hours, or without photo evidence, may not be eligible.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched — once an order ships, it falls under the policy above.

Non-returnable items

In addition to all seed products, the following are never eligible for return: opened or used items, items without original packaging, and sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
