SeedsCart Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via registered courier and India Post. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders below Rs. 499: Shipping charged at checkout based on weight and destination
- Orders Rs. 499 and above: Free shipping across India
- Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days for most pin codes; 7-10 days for remote areas

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

SeedsCart ships seeds to 40+ countries. All international orders are subject to a minimum order value of Rs. 4,500 and an export handling fee of Rs. 3,500 (covers phytosanitary certification, documentation, and export packaging).

Estimated international delivery times:

Middle East, South Asia: 7-14 business days
- UK, Europe, Southeast Asia: 10-18 business days
- USA: 14-21 business days (USDA APHIS import permit required)
- Australia, New Zealand: 14-21 business days (biosecurity compliance required)

Important - USA Orders

Seeds imported into the United States may require a USDA APHIS PPQ 587 import permit. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain any required permits before ordering. Bamboo seeds cannot be shipped to the USA.

Important - Australia and New Zealand

All seeds entering Australia and New Zealand are subject to biosecurity inspection. Buyers must ensure the seeds they are ordering are permitted entry. SeedsCart provides standard phytosanitary certificates with all international shipments.

Customs and Duties

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country. SeedsCart is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.

All domestic and international orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
