Every seed we sell is batch-tested for germination before dispatch. Our standard is 98% germination — meaning at least 98 out of 100 seeds in a correctly prepared batch will sprout under standard conditions.
If your seeds don't meet this standard, we replace them. No lengthy forms, no arguing. That is our commitment.
How to Claim
Email support@seedscart.in with:
- Your order number
- Photos of your germination attempt (tray, growing medium, date)
- Brief description of conditions (medium, temperature, moisture)
We will assess and dispatch a replacement within 5 working days.
Standard Germination Conditions
The guarantee applies when seeds are germinated under standard conditions:
- Clean, moist growing medium (seed-starting mix, coco peat, or vermiculite)
- Appropriate temperature for the species (most vegetable seeds: 20–28°C)
- Consistent moisture — not waterlogged, not dry
- Seeds sown within 12 months of receipt and stored correctly before use
The guarantee does not apply where seeds have been stored incorrectly (excessive heat, moisture, or sunlight) or sown outside the recommended conditions for the species.
